Croydon Window Company bring warmth, security and acoustic performance with one of our latest refurbishment projects in Draycott Place, Chelsea, London.
Working closely with our client, Croftlin Ltd and their brief on a new Chelsea refurbishment, we supplied and fitted secondary glazing for the London property located in a conservation area, and reducing the noise of a school behind the premises, as well as respecting the heritage and traditional properties.
Providing significant noise reduction and improved thermal performance, balanced vertical sliding double glazed system, 4mm toughened glass and white aluminium frames are fully fitted on the room side of the existing primary windows.
The vertical sliding units for this project are ideal for treating our clients existing traditional sash windows, with spring balances supporting the weight of the sash in all positions.
The Traditional range was supplied for this project, with its slim, discreet aluminium profile, offering minimal sight lines and easy access to the primary glazing, with a high level of additional security for the homeowner.
Maintaining the buildings appearance and character, secondary glazing is a valuable choice and specifically designed for traditional buildings and properties, listed and conservation areas.
The Heritage range is also available for the larger scale commercial projects, which is a slightly thicker and heavy-duty aluminium profile.
