Croydon Window Company have been busy over the last half term of school holidays, completing works on schools in Surrey and beyond, where we have worked closely with our clients for many years.
Our recent works at Monks Orchard Primary School included a new extension to a classroom adding more space and light, where we designed and built a custom made conservatory, brightening the children's working environment. A new reception front was supplied and installed to divide the area from the school office and where visitors arrived into the reception area. The final part of this phase was to add new doors to the school canteen at both ends of the room. Our client has been extremely happy with our work, and we have recently been back to survey the next phase for their new library space and replacing windows for seven classrooms.
Croydon High School is an independant school for girls, which is one of the original schools founded by the Girls' Day School Trust. We have worked closely with Croydon High school over the past four years updating their school in phases.
During their half term, Croydon Window Company supplied and installed new screens for their drama courtyard. The aluminium commercial entrances included building work carried out by our in-house builders and fitters. The specification for the white aluminium entrances with side lights, were non thermally broken commercial grade aluminium frames, with clear toughened double glazed units in polyester powder coated standard RAL colour, and chrome 'D" handles.
Additionally to these phases, we had also installed new grey aluminium bi-folding doors to their storage rooms in the courtyard, replacement screens to the lecture rooms and a new uPVC window with vents for their small school office.
We are looking forward to working on their next phase of updating the school.
Croydon High School tweeted on Twitter "The recent excellent Half Term work by @Croydonwindows follows earlier work on the staff room windows and doors."
