Croydon Window Company works closely with developer and building company on their latest design and build project in Surrey.
Transforming the home into a real property feature, Croydon Window Company supplied and installed a contemporary composite door externally in RAL 7042 Traffic Grey, and internally in white, and four flemish glass windows, with a 1200mm cranked pole handle, delivering appearance, security and attractive kerb appeal.
The developer transformed a three bedroom house into a wonderful four bedroom home, to create an open living space and maximise light exposure within the property. To achieve this the rear was extended with a new modern open kitchen, where Croydon Window Company fitted and installed aluminium bi-folding doors in RAL 7016M Anthracite Grey. A clear toughened glass, 1000 x 2000mm flat roof lantern was also installed to maximise the flow of air and light throughout the space. Installation included 2 no. 6mm toughened glass splashbacks, in back painted grey, adding a bespoke finishing touch in the kitchen.
A new dormer is added to the property, increasing a dramatic space of natural daylight and openness, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. A set of French doors in PVCu frames with a sleek contemporary Juliette balcony is installed, a great light enhancing feature, installed by Croydon Window Company.
Overall installations included new PVCu double glazed windows throughout the home and bathrooms, completing the project to the highest standard.
